TCD were engaged to deliver subdivision and streetscape works in the Geraldton town centre on a constrained brownfield site (former railway station). The works included complex traffic management, underground service installation and high-amenity landscaping to support the redevelopment of the precinct.
Key Deliverables:
- Establishment and implementation of complex traffic management plans for construction works in the town centre
- Excavation, placement and compaction of fill across the site, including removal and disposal of hazardous and deleterious material
- Setting out and construction of subdivisional roads, footpaths, barriers, bollards and street signage
- Underground services: water reticulation, stormwater drainage, irrigation mains, sewer connections, HV and LV power, NBN services and local government services
- Irrigation and streetscaping works including 43 manicured garden beds, street furnishings and paving works
- Delivery within a brownfield environment managing unknown services, heritage sites, and proximity to businesses and public
