Building

From Design to Handover, One Team

We design our buildings, make them at our WA facility and install them on site, with our own power built in. We hand over a building that works the day it lands, and we stand behind it.

Our Approach to Camps →

Buildings Designed, Made and Powered by the People Who Build the Site

We design and manufacture our own buildings at our WA facility. They’re twice as thermally efficient as a standard transportable, so they stay cooler and quieter inside and need less power to run.

Our open box building method keeps manufacturing cost-efficient, and every building can come with integrated rooftop solar and battery, smart ventilation, adaptive lighting and live environmental monitoring of temperature, air quality and noise.

Twice as Thermally Efficient

Insulated walls and roofs keep the heat out, so rooms stay cooler and quieter and need less power than a standard transportable.

Integrated Solar and Battery

Rooftop solar and battery, designed and installed by our own electricians, keep buildings running off-grid, with smart controls and live monitoring.

Where We’re Going

Better Buildings, Smarter Energy, Healthier People

Remote camps run on diesel around the clock, in buildings that fight the heat. We’re building the alternative: buildings that need less power, powered from their own roofs, with the generator as the backup.

What We’ve Done So Far

Proven on Our Own Sites First

  • We designed our own building: twice as thermally efficient as a standard transportable, made with our open box building method at our WA facility.
  • We made two off-grid offices for RJV, running on 12.2 kW of rooftop solar and a 24 kWh battery.
  • We built a camp power system that scales from a single building to a full camp.
  • Our buildings are in use at Brockman 4, Brockman 2 and Esperance, and sixteen of our studios are in place at Harvey.

8 dBA

quieter, measured at Holcim, Aug 2025

10 dB is heard as about half as loud, so 8 dB is roughly 40% quieter to the ear: a busy office versus a quiet library. Better sleep for crews.

Where It Leads

This Is Where We’re Taking It

Most camp energy studies fix the supply. We fix the demand and the supply, so the rooftops do the work and there is no solar farm to clear.

Built in WA

Designed and Made at Our WA Facility

Our own design, made by our own people, with more than 50,000 m² of hardstand and manufacturing area across our WA sites.

From a Single Building to a Full Camp

Offices, crib rooms, ablutions, accommodation, control rooms and energy hubs, made to suit the site and scaled as it grows.

Installed and Connected by Our Crews

Placed, connected and commissioned by our own crews, with the pads, services and power delivered under the same contract.

For a Camp, the Whole Job Stays With Us

We deliver the earthworks and pads, the roads, the water, sewer and power services, the buildings themselves, installation and every connection, from design to completion. One contract, one team, and no gaps between the civil contractor, the builder and the electrician.

Finished studio units with covered decks at Harvey Caravan Park

Main Project

Sixteen Studios and a New Set of Site Services

We made sixteen studio units at our WA facility in two lots of eight, then placed and connected them for Harvey Caravan Park. Around them we replaced the site services: new water main and fire line, sewer, power and comms conduits and pits, an electrical survey and safety upgrades. It’s the closest thing to a camp we’ve built.
