TCD provided comprehensive mechanical and electrical support services at Albemarle’s Kemerton lithium hydroxide processing facility. Our scope included installation of cable tray systems, electrical conduit infrastructure, and mechanical equipment foundations supporting the plant’s critical processing operations.

Working within an operational industrial environment, our team delivered precision installation of main distribution board infrastructure, underground cable routing, and process equipment supports while maintaining strict safety and quality standards required for lithium processing facilities.

As part of Fortescue’s commitment to achieve real zero emissions by 2030 through renewable energy generation, TCD was contracted to construct a permanent base/camp supporting wind turbine operations, initially accommodating 350 people with future expansion capacity to 950.

Key Deliverables:
  • Vegetation clearing, grubbing and stockpiling for camp pad construction with 13,000 m³ cut to fill
  • Grading and repairing 2,000m of access tracks and pipeline corridors
  • Excavation, welding, pressure testing, installation and backfill of 750m of HDPE pipeline into a service trench
  • Clearing and grubbing of firebreak around camp pad
  • Construction of perimeter v-drains and windrows
  • Demolition of redundant concrete structures and tanks including controlled removal of hazardous waste
  • Clearing and topsoil grubbing for a new spray field

Delivered on time despite challenging scope changes, safely and to a high standard of quality.
