We executed civil construction works at the Roy Hill site in the Pilbara, focusing on concrete barrier walls and associated drainage infrastructure. The project involved the construction of reinforced concrete barriers along road corridors and the preparation of capping layers at processing plant areas. Our scope included earthworks, concrete pouring, and the installation of structural elements to support the site's operational requirements. Our team managed the full construction process, from site preparation to final finishing. We prefabricated reinforcing cages and formwork in laydown areas before installing shutters, pre-stressed wire strands, and tie bars on site. Concrete pours were executed for blinding and barrier walls, followed by remedial works such as patching tie bar holes and cutting shrinkage joints. We also constructed capping layers and windrows, and performed earthworks including excavation, backfilling, and dewatering to ensure stable foundations for the completed structures.
