Description
TCD were engaged by Nepean for delivery of the Roy Hill ROM 4 Marble Bar Road Upgrade Project. The scope of work included delivering the following to MRWA specifications:
- Implementation of MRWA approved traffic management and traffic controls.
- Survey control establishment and construction set-out.
- Offshoot drainage formation and upgrades.
- Box out of existing pavement shoulder.
- Subgrade preparation.
- Importation, placing and compacting 125mm crushed rock subbase.
- Importation, placing and compacting 180mm crushed rock basecourse.
- Prime and 16/10mm double-double seal with S45R polymer modified binder (PMB) and 7mm scatter coat.
- Supply and Installation of 600m of TL3 standard guardrail and end terminals.
- Construction of 60m of concrete TL5 crash barrier as cast in-situ.
