TCD completed the Stage 4 subdivision works for Development WA in the Wedgefield Industrial Area, Port Hedland. The project involved extending Hematite Drive to the Great Northern Highway, constructing new allotments, and reconstructing a key intersection. Our scope covered extensive earthworks, road pavement construction, stormwater drainage, water reticulation, and the installation of underground power, telecommunications, and CCTV infrastructure. We managed the full construction lifecycle, starting with vegetation clearing and topsoil stripping across approximately 6.8 hectares. Our team executed cut-to-fill earthworks, compacted foundations, and constructed reinforced concrete box culverts and roadside drains. We installed water reticulation mains, laid subgrade and basecourse for the new roads, and erected post-and-panel retaining walls. The works also included the supply and installation of revetment mattresses for scour protection, street lighting, and NBN pit-and-pipe systems, ensuring all services were coordinated and reinstated to specification.
