We delivered a comprehensive dewatering solution for Rio Tinto at the Brockman 2 mine in the Pilbara region. The project involved the supply, installation, and commissioning of infrastructure across five abstraction bores. Our scope covered the full mechanical and electrical integration, ensuring the new systems operated seamlessly within the active mining environment. Our approach began with site establishment and surveying, followed by earthworks and the installation of HDPE pipelines, valves, and fittings. We installed dewatering trailer packages and downhole pumps, completing all necessary polywelding and hydrotesting. The final phase involved energising electrical systems, programming control units, and integrating the infrastructure with SCADA for remote monitoring and commissioning.
