We constructed a raw water supply pipeline connecting a bore source to the Flying Fish Camp Potable Water Treatment Plant at the Eliwana Mine Site. The project involved installing a 2,050-metre high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipeline, alongside associated earthworks and mechanical infrastructure to support the camp’s water needs. Our approach included clearing and stripping the pipeline corridor, managing topsoil, and constructing a bore pad and access tracks. We installed the HDPE pipeline using poly welding, incorporating isolation valves, air release valves, and control valves. The scope also covered the installation of a relocatable variable speed drive (VSD) bore skid with a 30kW pump, generator, and cabling, followed by commissioning of the pipeline and bore system to ensure operational readiness.

- Construction of bore pad and associated earthworks
- Installation of bore pump, VSD skid, and generator
- Installation of isolation, control, and air release valves
- Commissioning of pipeline and bore system
- Construction of access tracks and windrows
