We delivered early works for the B4-GNAM Pipeline, a critical component of the Greater Brockman Water Security Program. The project involved installing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) piping to enable water conveyance between Brockman Syncline 4, Brockman Syncline 1, and Greater Nammuldi. The scope covered two distinct sections: approximately 6km between BS4 and BS1, and a further 14km extending from BS1 to GNAM, terminating at a rail crossing. These works were executed within an active mining environment, requiring careful coordination with ongoing operational activities and existing infrastructure. Our team managed the full installation process, from initial survey and set-out to final commissioning. We handled the logistics, receipt, and transport of client-supplied HDPE pipes, followed by excavation, trenching, and backfilling. The construction approach included welding and installing the pipeline, fitting mechanical components such as valves and reducers, and performing hydrostatic pressure testing to ensure integrity. We also managed site establishment and dewatering requirements, ensuring the pipeline was installed to specification while maintaining safety and efficiency in a busy operational zone.
