TCD delivered the supply and installation of dewatering infrastructure at the Brockman 4 mine site in the Pilbara region. The project involved establishing new abstraction bores and connecting them to existing water management systems through a network of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipelines. Our scope covered civil earthworks, mechanical installations, and the integration of electrical and instrumentation controls to support ongoing mining operations. Our approach began with surveying and earthworks to prepare piping corridors and working pads, ensuring non-destructive digging to locate buried services. We fabricated and installed HDPE pipelines, complete with valves, fittings, and flanges, tying into existing infrastructure. Key activities included the downhole installation of bore pumps and associated assemblies, alongside the setup of trailer-mounted power units and fuel pods. We managed the electrical terminations and bolt-ups, followed by rigorous testing and commissioning of the pipelines and bores to ensure system readiness.
