We provided mechanical and electrical support services for the Albemarle Kemerton Plant, a greenfield lithium hydroxide production facility located in the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area. Our scope covered installation and hook-up activities across the Pyromet, Hydromet, Utilities, and Final Product areas, ensuring systems were ready for commissioning. Our team executed a range of technical works, including the installation of cladding on surge drum valves, pressure gauges on actuated valves, and stainless steel plugs. We also handled electrical and instrumentation tasks such as tightening instrument tags, installing hazardous voltage signage, fitting bootlace pins and ferrules, and sealing unused glands. Additionally, we supported the installation of lightning protection systems, including air terminals, masts, and earthing networks, as well as the complex installation of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP) electrodes and transformer rectifiers. Our approach focused on precise installation, interlock verification, and punch list management to support successful plant commissioning.
