When TCD Civil Construction was the contract for the preliminary site works and installation of a Type 10 Pump Station in Baldivis, it called for the a truly multi-disciplinary approach. There was a long list of requirements:
- Clearing of the pressure main pipe routes
- Excavation and associated earthworks
- Installation of the type 10 wastewater pumping station
- Thirteen overflow storage tanks
- Associated access chamber inlet gravity sewer pipeline and site works
- Supply, delivery and installation of all pipes, valves, fittings and pits
- Backfilling and compaction of excavated trenches
- Pipelines pressure testing and disinfection
- Restoration work at inter-connections with existing water mains
- Restoration of the site and disposal of surplus excavated material
